A lot has been speculated about Rohit Shetty’s Golmaal 4. While initially it was reported that Alia Bhatt or Deepika Padukone will be replacing Kareena Kapoor Khan in this fourth installment. Rohit recently clarified that it’s neither DP nor Alia. Instead, he is wanting to cast someone else from the newer lot. In fact, adding on to the same, he even admitted how he is still wanting to cast Kareena but he is helpless as he reasoned saying, “It would have been easy to call her to do the film. She would have said, Let’s do it. But I can’t do that since she is expecting her first child. I will miss her for sure. At an event this afternoon, Kareena reacted to Rohit’s thought behind not approaching her for Golmaal 4. She was rather amused how Rohit actually blamed her pregnancy for not casting her in the film as she said, “Pregnant or not pregnant, whoever wants to offer me the film can do so. And why is Rohit scared. I should be scared of him.” Ahem! Rohit, are you listening?
Kareena is certainly not liking the fact that just because she is pregnant she can’t sign films. In addition to the above quote, she further added, “I will definitely go on with my normal life. I love my job and I am very passionate about it. Acting toh main apni maa ke pet se karna chahti. So yes, I will continue acting till 80..”
